The person who filled in the reservation form or any other related documentation.

  • Necessity for the execution of the contract with the user or to take steps at the user’s request prior to entering into the contract.

  • The user’s consent, given by checking the acceptance box of the Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy is an integral part.

Duration:
The data provided will be stored for the period necessary for managing the reservation and the requested hospitality services. After the completion of this management, the data will be kept for a period of six (6) months. If the user has consented to receive marketing and/or commercial information, the data will be kept until the consent is revoked.

The Guestcentric Group partner (www.guestcentric.com) has been contracted to manage the reservation system. Guestcentric acts under our authority, with a contract in place defining the rules for data processing and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.

If the user provides personal data of third parties, they assume responsibility for such action and for obtaining the respective consent to share that information.

Data Transfer:
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), ensuring compliance with current data protection regulations.
